You see every cost line in your build — materials, trades, and our margin. If something changes mid-build, the variation is priced and approved by you before work proceeds. No hidden allowances. No surprises at handover.
One builder, start to finish
Will Matchett manages every project personally. You deal with the person who priced your build, runs your site, and hands you the keys — not a sales team, and not a rotating cast of supervisors. Our core trades are in-house, which means the standard on site is ours to control, not a subcontractor's.
