Meet Director
Will Matchett
Founding Director Will Matchett, has over 20 years of experience building new homes throughout Toowoomba.
After spending his early years in Western Queensland, Will moved to attend Toowoomba Grammar School as a boarder and quickly fell in love with the picturesque landscape and beautiful houses that Toowoomba has to offer. This move ultimately shaped Will’s future, motivated to pursue a career in construction and add to Toowoomba’s charm.
After extensive training and hard work under one of Toowoomba’s most reputable residential builders, Will knew it was time to make his own mark on beloved Toowoomba and founded Matchett Constructions.
Safety First
It is integral to us that all team members have a full understanding of our WHS protocols. Weekly toolbox meetings are held. At these weekly meetings, any issues or concerns are raised by all team members. This ensures we keep communication lines open at all times. We take our WHS protocol very seriously, especially in the current climate. If a team member is feeling unwell, they are tested and sent home. We also provide PPE for all of our team members, to ensure everyone is working in as safe of an environment as possible.
